Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for inspecting the products upon delivery and reporting any issues within 7 days.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the product is in its original condition. Custom orders are non-refundable unless defective.
5.2 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Refunds will be processed within 4 days of receiving the returned item. The original payment method will be credited.
